What is a Life Coach?
A Life Coach is a trained practitioner who coaches a client to attain their personal or professional goals.
What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is about developing goals, values and strategies that allow for immediate and dramatic change in performance and communication.
What are the main principles of Life Coaching?
A Life Coach helps clients achieve their goals through an unbiased and holistic approach. Clients have the ability to accomplish their own solutions, working from the present to the future. Life Coaching is not regressive therapy, it is action and solution oriented, non-confrontational and focuses on ‘how’ rather than ‘why’.
Coaching helps People:
- Get unstuck
- Build their confidence
- Expand their vision for the future
- Fulfill their dreams
- Unlock their potential
- Increase their skills
- Move through transitions
- Take practical steps toward their goals
Coaching sessions can be done in person at my office or on the telephone, internet, Skype or chat line.

Become a Life Coach
Please tell me how I can e-mail this info to my sister. She and her husband have agreed to divorce. He has put down a deposit on a house so they can seperate Sept. 1, 2011. Some people just don’t get it. They are looking for someone to bring them happiness, when in fact, they should be thinking how they can show love by bringing happiness to someone else. If two people are not on the same page thinking correctly, it can be an ugly disconnect. Thanks for your efforts. Dorothy Tess –jack45@uniontel.net
